Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup (60 ml/2 fl oz) water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup (65 grams/2.3 oz) all-purpose flour
- Filling of your choice (cheese, sausage, shredded chicken, vegetables, etc.)
Instructions:
In a bowl, crack the egg and beat it for about 1 minute. Add the water, oil, salt, black pepper, baking powder, and flour to the mixture. Stir well until a smooth batter forms.
