Start by preparing the gelatin according to the package instructions. Typically, dissolve it in 10 tablespoons (150 ml / 5 fl oz) of cold water, then heat until fully dissolved.
In a blender, combine the milk, sweetened condensed milk, pineapple juice powder, and the dissolved gelatin. Blend for about 2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
Lightly grease a bundt pan or any mold with a center hole using a little oil.
Pour the mixture into the pan and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until completely set.
Once firm, remove from the fridge, gently loosen the edges with a butter knife, and carefully unmold.
