• 500 grams/17.6 oz of fresh strawberries (cleaned)

Instructions:

Start by cleaning and from all the strawberries. Then, use a blender to blend the two ingredients until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture.

Now, pour the mixture into a silicone mold (greased) and refrigerate for about 4 hours (or until it becomes firm).
