The Best Homemade Bread in a Blender – Simple and Economical Recipe

Recipe ingredients:

  • 600g (21.2 oz) all-purpose flour/wheat flour
  • 250ml (8.4 fl oz) warm milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 40ml (1.35 fl oz) vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon margarine (level)
  • 1/2 packet (5g / 0.17 oz) instant dry yeast (bread yeast)

Instructions:

Start by gathering all the ingredients. In a blender, add the eggs, warm milk, sugar, salt, yeast, oil, and margarine. Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.

Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl. Gradually add the flour, mixing continuously.

Once the dough starts coming together, knead it with your hands until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

After resting, divide the dough into portions, shape into balls or your desired shape, and place them onto a greased and floured baking tray, leaving space between each.

Cover again with a towel and let it rise for another 50 minutes.

Bake in a cold oven (do not preheat) at 200°C (392°F) or 180°C (356°F) if using an electric oven.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and enjoy your soft, fluffy homemade bread!
