Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients 

3 egg yolks 250 g raw butter (clarified butter, bottled butter)

Ingredients 

2 pinches of salt 3 tablespoons of water

Ingredients 

Juice of 1 large lemon (preferably Sicilian) White pepper or freshly ground black pepper

How to make: 

First put the egg yolks in a bowl with the water, salt, pepper and also the lemon juice.
