How to Make Wonderful dumpling

A tasty dumpling that conquers with its flavor, simplicity of preparation and crunchy texture.. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of margarine (8.8 oz) – ( 250 g)
  • 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream (10.6 oz)- (300 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 1/2 to 3 cups of flour (11 to 13.2 oz)

Instructions:

First, let’s mash the margarine at room temperature and mix it with the cream and flour, adding the baking powder. You might need to adjust the amount of flour.

Next, make sure the dough is soft and doesn’t stick to your hands. Now, refrigerate it for about 30 minutes.

Then, roll out the dough to a medium thickness, cut it with a glass to form small flattened balls, dip them in sugar, and place them on a greased baking sheet or one lined with parchment paper.

Finally, bake until they are lightly golden at a temperature of 356-392 °F (180-200 °C).
