4 eggs (separate yolks and whites)
1 bar of dark chocolate (chopped)

Instructions:

Start by placing the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted. Let it cool.

Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add the egg yolks and continue beating.

In a separate bowl, gently mix half of the beaten eggs with the melted chocolate. Gradually incorporate the remaining beaten eggs, ensuring not to deflate the mixture.

Pour the batter into a greased (with butter) and parchment-lined baking pan. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356 °F) and bake for approximately 35 minutes. Once done, let it cool in the pan, then remove and serve.
