- 1 can (395g | 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 6 tablespoons (about 120g | 4.2 oz) of margarine (at room temperature)
Instructions:
Let the margarine come to room temperature. In a large bowl, add the margarine and the sweetened condensed milk.
Using a kitchen wire whisk or spoon, mix well until fully combined and smooth.
Gradually add the cornstarch, mixing until it forms a soft, smooth dough with no lumps.
The dough is ready when it no longer sticks to your hands.
Scoop small portions of dough and shape into balls. If desired, press each one gently with a fork to create that classic pattern.
