- 395 grams/13.93 oz of condensed milk
- 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
- 400 ml/13.5 fl oz of milk
- ½ cup of water
- 2 cups of sugar (for caramel)
- 1 cup of water (for caramel)
Instructions:
First, in a saucepan, add the sugar and stir until it melts. Then, add the water, stir until you get caramel, and set aside.
Now, in another saucepan, add the unflavored gelatin and cold water, mix well until dissolved.
Then, let it rest for about 4 minutes, transfer the gelatin to a blender, and add the other ingredients.
Next, blend everything until it forms a smooth mixture, transfer it to a glass dish, and refrigerate.
Finally, refrigerate for about 3 hours (or until set), remove from the fridge, pour the caramel on top, and it’s ready to serve.
