- 2 cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 250 ml (8.45 fl oz) of orange juice + zest from 1 orange
- 150 ml (5.07 fl oz) of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
First, in a bowl, add the eggs and beat with a whisk. Next, add the oil and orange juice and mix well.
Then, add the sugar and orange zest, mixing thoroughly. Sift in the flour and stir until the ingredients are well combined.
Next, add the baking powder and gently mix it into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before taking it out of the pan. Decorate as desired and serve.
