- 3.5 ounces (100 grams) of shredded coconut
- 28 ounces (790 grams) of sweetened condensed milk
- 7 eggs
- 2 cans of corn kernels (drained)
- 1 tablespoon of margarine (or butter)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Instructions:
First, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend well for about 2 minutes, or until you have a smooth mixture.
Pour the batter into a rectangular baking pan or your preferred shape, previously greased and lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for about 60 minutes. Then, remove from the oven.
