Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 cooked potatoes
- 5.3 oz (150 grams) of cream cheese
- 1 cup of ready-made tomato sauce
- 2 cups of grated ham
- 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Black pepper and oregano (to taste)
Instructions:
Start by washing the potatoes, then cut them into 4 pieces and cook until soft. After cooking, in a bowl, add the cream cheese, tomato sauce, black pepper, and oregano to taste, and mix well.
In a glass baking dish (glass dish), add a portion of the sauce, the cooked potatoes, grated ham, and grated mozzarella cheese.
Then, add the remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese on top. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for about 20 minutes.
Finally, remove from the oven and serve hot.
