How to Make Easy Dessert

- 4 ¼ cups milk (1 liter)
- 1 cup shredded coconut (100 grams)
- 2 ½ cups hominy corn (500 gramas)
- 1 ¾ cups sweetened condensed milk (600 grams)
- 1 cup heavy cream (200 grams)
- 5 paçoquinhas (Brazilian peanut candy)
- Water as needed
Instructions:
First, put the corn in a bowl, cover with enough water and leave to soak for about 6 hours.
After this time, transfer the corn to the pressure cooker, add the soaking water and a little more water for cooking.
Then cover the cooker and, when it reaches pressure, cook for about 35 minutes. Now remove from the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
After that, drain the water and return the cooked corn to the pot. Now add the milk, cream, condensed milk and grated coconut.
Finally, cook over medium heat until it boils and thickens slightly. Add the crumbled paçoquinhas and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, place on a platter and enjoy this delicious dessert.
