Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 ½ cups of sugar
- ¼ cup of 50% cocoa chocolate
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tablespoons of baking powder
- 6 tablespoons of Nescafé Tradição granules or 1 ¼ cups of strong brewed coffee
Instructions:
First, using a bowl, add the eggs and beat gently.
Then add the sugar and oil, mixing a little more. Now add the hot water and the instant or strained coffee.
Now add the 50% cocoa chocolate, wheat flour and baking powder, and beat vigorously with a whisk to combine the ingredients.
After that, pour the dough into a 22-cm-diameter baking dish, which has been previously greased and floured.
Finally, place in a preheated oven at 356 °F or (180 °C) and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
Take it out of the oven, let it cool a little, and unmold it onto a serving platter.
