How to Make snack Without eggs and milk

Try this simple and quick recipe without eggs or milk. With just a few ingredients and in no time at all, you’ll have delicious doughnuts to accompany your coffee. Irresistible See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour – (500 g)
  • 1 ½ cups warm water – (350 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

Start by placing the warm water in a bowl and dissolving the yeast and sugar, stirring well.

Then, add the oil and gradually incorporate the flour until you get a soft, elastic dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. Next, add the salt and mix well.

After that, lightly coat the dough with oil and cover it with plastic wrap or place it in a plastic bag.

Let it rest for 15 minutes. After this time, knead the dough again and let it rest for another 30 minutes, still covered.

Next, coat your hands with oil and knead the dough once more. Now, divide it into 7 small portions, shaping them into balls and flattening them slightly.

Then, heat the oil in a pan. Make a small hole in the center of each flattened ball and place them in the hot oil.

Finally, fry until golden on one side, then flip them to brown the other side.
