- 1 packet (0.42 oz) unflavored gelatin
Chocolate Layer:
- ¾ cup (6.7 fl oz) milk
- 100 grams/3.5 oz heavy cream
- 200 grams/7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 packet (0.42 oz) unflavored gelatin
Instructions:
Passion Fruit Layer:
In a blender, combine the milk, heavy cream, passion fruit pulp, sweetened condensed milk, and the pre-hydrated gelatin according to the package instructions.
Pour half of this mixture into a greased mold and refrigerate for 1 hour, until set.
Chocolate Layer:
In the blender, combine the milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and the pre-hydrated gelatin.
Remove the mold from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate mixture over the passion fruit layer. Return to the refrigerator for another 60 minutes.
