Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
We’ll start by preheating the oven to 356 °F or (180 °C) and greasing a cake tin with butter and flour.
Then, using a large bowl, combine the Parmesan, mozzarella, cottage and gorgonzola cheeses.
Then, using another bowl, beat the eggs until slightly frothy and add to the cheese mixture, stirring well.
Then gently incorporate the flour, milk, baking powder and melted butter into the cheese and egg mixture until you have a smooth dough.
Then season the dough with salt and pepper to taste and stir again. Then pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the surface with a spatula.
Finally, bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35–40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and firm to the touch.
