- 7 oz (200 g) heavy cream
- 14 oz (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 packet (20 g / 0.7 oz) unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup (240 ml/ 8 fl oz) fresh passion fruit juice
- Passion fruit seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Follow the package instructions to dissolve the unflavored gelatin completely.
In a blender, combine the dissolved gelatin, passion fruit juice, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a glass serving dish or individual cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the mousse is firm.
