Recipe Ingredients:

4 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar – (250 g)
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour – (350 g)
5 tablespoons butter (about 2.5 oz) – (70 g)
1 cup milk – (240 ml)
2 teaspoons baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract

Instructions:

First, in a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you achieve a light and fluffy cream.
