- 6 eggs
- 7 oz (1 cup / 200g) of sugar
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add the eggs and beat well. Then, add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Sift the flour and gently fold it into the mixture until fully combined. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
