Meal Prep: Dessert
Learn a Dessert Without Dairy and Without Gelatin. You don’t need cooking classes or costly meal delivery services to prepare something delicious at home.
Recipe ingredients:
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (790 g / about 27.8 oz)
- 2 small cartons of heavy cream (400 g / about 14 oz total)
- 200 g (about 7 oz) of semi-sweet chocolate chips or grated chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the heavy cream. Stir well to mix everything together.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a soft, pudding-like consistency.
Pour the creamy mixture into a glass dish. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and gently swirl them in to create a marbled effect.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and chill for about 2 hours before serving your easy 2-ingredient creamy treat.
