Meal Prep: Popsicle Recipe
Quick and easy dessert.. You don’t need cooking classes or costly meal delivery services to prepare something delicious at home.
Recipe ingredients:
- 395 g (about 13.9 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 200 g (about 7 oz) heavy cream
- 100 g (about 3.5 oz) shredded coconut
- 200 ml (about 6.8 fl oz) coconut milk
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
How to Prepare:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well until you get a smooth, creamy mixture.
Next, pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 7 hours or until they are completely firm.
After that, just enjoy and cool off!
Note: If you prefer a lighter coconut flavor, feel free to reduce the amount of shredded coconut.
