Recipe ingredients:
- 2 cups (240 g / 8.5 oz) all-purpose flour (without baking powder)
- 1 cup (250 ml / 8.5 fl oz) whole milk
- 2 tablespoons (30 g / 1 oz) butter
- ½ packet (5 g / 0.18 oz) instant dry yeast (for bread)
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) salt
- 1 egg
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, yeast, egg, and butter. Mix well until fully blended.
Gradually add the flour while mixing until the dough comes together and you can start kneading it.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape them into small balls.
Place the dough balls into the air fryer basket. Let them rest inside the air fryer (turned off) until they double in size.
Once risen, bake the rolls at 180°C (350°F) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
