- ⅓ cup sugar (67 g / 2.36 oz)
- 1 cup milk (240 ml / 8.11 fl oz)
- 3 eggs
- 50 ml vegetable oil (1.69 fl oz)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined and slightly foamy. Add the milk and oil, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
Mix in the baking powder, then gradually add the flour, stirring until the batter is lump-free and homogeneous.
