How to Make Lemon Dessert

Creamy dessert with 4 simple ingredients. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (13.93 oz)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream (7 ounces)
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (100 ml/ 3.38 fl oz)
  • Lemon zest to taste

Instructions:

First, combine the cream, condensed milk and lemon juice in a blender. Then blend well for about 2 minutes until you reach a creamy, uniform consistency.

Then transfer the mixture to a serving dish or distribute it in bowls, depending on your preference. Then sprinkle lemon zest on top and place in the fridge until it becomes firm.

Finally, remove from the fridge and serve this delicious lemon mousse chilled!
