- Pulp of 1 ripe avocado
Instructions:
Firstly, add the semi-sweet chocolate to a bowl, microwave it in 30-second intervals until completely melted, and set it aside.
Then, add the avocado pulp to a blender, and add the melted chocolate. Blend well until thoroughly mixed.
Pour the mixture into a glass dish or individual cups. Optionally, add chocolate shavings on top.
