- 14 ounces (395 grams) of sweetened condensed milk
- 7 ounces (200 grams) of grated coconut
- 6.8 ounces (200 ml) of coconut milk
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
Organize all the ingredients. In a blender, add the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and coconut milk. Blend well until you get a homogeneous mixture (about 2 minutes).
Add the grated coconut and blend just to incorporate (about 1 minute). Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
Preheat the oven to 392 °F (200°C). Bake for about 40 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
