- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon baking powder (about 4g | 0.14 oz)
- Salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley to taste
Filling:
- 150g cheese of your choice (5.3 oz)
Instructions:
Start by gathering all the ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, mashed potatoes, egg, grated cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, and baking powder.
Mix everything really well until it forms a dough-like texture.
