How to Make Creamy Chocolate Cake with Sauce

It’s very easy to make, uses just a few ingredients, and delivers an incredible, delicious result. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup of whole milk
3 eggs
1 cup of soybean oil
1 cup of cocoa powder (50% cocoa)
2 cups of sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder

Chocolate Syrup:

1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of unsalted margarine
Half a cup of whole milk
1 cup of cocoa powder (50% cocoa

Instructions:

Start by gathering all the ingredients, and then use a blender to combine the eggs, milk, oil, and sugar. Afterward, blend them all until you obtain a creamy mixture, then add the flour and cocoa powder alternately.

Now, beat after each ingredient addition, and add the baking powder last, using a spoon to mix it in. Next, transfer the batter to a previously greased and cocoa powder-dusted pan.

Then, place it in a preheated oven (180°C) and bake for about 35 minutes.

Separately, prepare the syrup by placing its ingredients in a saucepan, bringing it to medium heat, and stirring until it thickens slightly.
