Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (395 grams/13, 93 oz)
- 3 cartons of heavy cream (each 200 ml/6.7 fl oz, totaling approximately 2.5 cups)
- Semi-sweet chocolate to taste (optional)
Instructions:
Start by placing the condensed milk and cream in a bowl, mix well and bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until it starts to boil, thicken and release from the bottom of the pan.
Then remove from the heat, transfer to a baking dish, cover with plastic wrap in direct contact with the cream, leave to cool and then refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Then, after the chilling time, remove from the fridge, add chopped semi-sweet chocolate or drops (optional) and mix gently to incorporate.
Finally, serve this delicious 2-ingredient dessert in bowls!
