2 cans (14 oz / 395g each) sweetened condensed milk
2 cartons (6.7 fl oz / 200ml each) heavy cream

Instructions:

First, in a saucepan, add the condensed milk and the heavy cream. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.

Then, cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it starts boiling, thickens, and begins to pull away from the bottom of the pan. The correct consistency is a soft brigadeiro texture.

Next, pour this mixture into a glass dish. After that, add the chocolate chips or grated chocolate and gently stir with a fork to create a “marbled” effect.

Shortly after, refrigerate for about 1 hour until it becomes firm.
