Recipe ingredients:
Passion Fruit Layer:
- 1 packet of powdered passion fruit drink mix (25 g / 0.9 oz)
- 200 g (7 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 400 g (14 oz) chilled heavy cream
Grape Layer:
- 1 packet of powdered grape drink mix (25 g / 0.9 oz)
- 200 g (7 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 400 g (14 oz) chilled heavy cream
Instructions
Passion Fruit Cream Layer:
In a bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, chilled cream, and passion fruit powder.
Whisk thoroughly using a wire whisk until smooth and creamy.
Transfer this mixture to a glass dish and place it in the freezer for 15 minutes while preparing the next layer.
Grape Cream Layer:
Repeat the exact same steps using the grape drink mix instead of passion fruit. Mix well and set aside.
Assembling the Dessert:
Remove the passion fruit layer from the freezer and carefully pour the grape cream layer over it.
Place the dessert in the fridge until it sets or in the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes if you’re in a hurry.
Remove, serve chilled, and enjoy this irresistibly creamy layered dessert!
Extra Tips:
- If you want, add chocolate topping, chocolate shavings, fruit or any other toppings.
- For other flavors of the dessert, simply change the flavor of the powdered juice and follow the steps.
