Recipe Ingredients:
- 395 grams (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 liter (34 fl oz) of milk
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
Instructions:
Begin by adding the rice and water to a pot over medium heat. Cook until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
Pour the milk into the pot with the cooked rice. Keep the heat on low and stir occasionally, allowing the mixture to reduce slightly (about 20 minutes).
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the pot, stirring well to combine. Continue to cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
Once the pudding is creamy, remove it from the heat. Let it cool slightly, then optionally sprinkle with cinnamon powder or crushed peanuts. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a chilled treat.
