- 21 oz of heavy cream (600 grams)
- 3.5 oz of fresh or dried shredded coconut (100 grams)
- 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk (395 grams)
Instructions:
In a stand mixer, add the heavy cream and beat for 5 minutes until it increases significantly in volume.
Turn off the mixer, add the sweetened condensed milk, and beat for another 5 minutes.
With the mixer turned off, add the shredded coconut, reserving a small amount for garnish.
Gently fold the mixture with a spatula until creamy and well-combined.
Transfer the mixture to a glass dish and place it in the freezer for about 4 hours.
