How to Make Bread Pudding

Bread pudding is a classic dessert that combines simplicity with an irresistible taste. It’s a great way to turn leftover bread rolls into a creamy and delicious treat. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3 stale bread rolls (such as French bread)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cans (using the sweetened condensed milk can for measuring) of whole milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine

For the caramel:

  • 1 cup of sugar

Instructions:

First, blend all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth and set aside.

Next, melt the sugar in a bundt pan until it turns into a golden caramel.

Then, let it cool slightly to set, and pour the blended mixture over the caramel. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.

After that, place it in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) and bake in a water bath for about 50 minutes, or until a fork inserted comes out clean.

Finally, remove from the oven and let it cool completely before placing it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Carefully unmold and serve.

Tip: Make sure the water for the water bath is hot to ensure even cooking.
