Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream (about 14 ounces) (400 grams)
- 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) concentrated passion fruit juice (240ml)
Varied Fruits:
- 1 apple
- 2 kiwis
- 1 mango
- 2 bananas
- 1 pint strawberries (about 9 ounces) (250 grams)
- 1 cup grapes
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Start by taking a bowl and placing the sliced bananas, the diced mango, the peeled apple, the kiwis, the whole grapes and the sliced strawberries.
Drizzle over the lemon juice, mix well and set aside.
Then, for the syrup, place the condensed milk and passion fruit juice concentrate in another bowl.
Then mix well, add the cream and mix again until incorporated. Now pour the syrup over the fruit,
completely enveloping them.
Finally, transfer to a baking dish and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
