How to Make 2-Ingredient Banana Fritters

Quick Recipe Without Dairy and Without Eggs. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of ripe banana (about 2 medium bananas, mashed)
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)

Instructions:

Begin by peeling the bananas and using a fork to mash them well until you achieve a puree-like consistency.

Add the all-purpose flour to the mashed bananas and mix thoroughly until you get a homogeneous dough.

Take portions of the dough and shape them into small balls. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and once hot, fry the dough balls until golden brown.

Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.

Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon or sugar and serve as a snack for the afternoon or breakfast.
