- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (395 g | 13.9 oz)
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter or margarine, at room temperature
- 2 cups of cornstarch (approximately 240 g | 8.5 oz)
Instructions:
Start by gathering all three ingredients. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.
Gradually add the cornstarch while mixing. Keep stirring until the dough becomes soft, smooth, and easy to handle — it should not stick to your hands.
Scoop out small portions of dough and roll them into little balls. Gently press each one down with a fork to flatten slightly and give that classic cookie texture.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
