- 28 oz (790 grams) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 lime-flavored gelatin packets (1.2 oz or 35 grams each)
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
- 3 ½ cups (850 ml/28.7fl oz) hot water
Instructions:
In a bowl, add the 4 lime-flavored gelatin packets and hot water. Stir well for a few minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add 1 ½ cans (about 20 oz or 590 grams) of sweetened condensed milk to the gelatin mixture and stir for a few minutes until everything is well combined and smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased bundt pan and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, or until it is fully set.
Lime Sweetened Condensed Milk Topping:
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining sweetened condensed milk (about 7 oz or 200 grams) with the juice of 1 lime until smooth.
Finish the Dessert:
Once set, remove the gelatin dessert from the bundt pan, pour the lime-flavored sweetened condensed milk topping over it, and garnish with lime zest (optional).
