Recipe ingredients:
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 chopped tomato
- Salt, black pepper and oregano to taste
- Olive oil (for greasing)
- Cubed ham (to taste)
- Grated mozzarella cheese (to taste)
Instructions:
In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add the mozzarella, ham, chopped onion, tomato and seasonings to taste. Mix well until completely incorporated.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C for 10 minutes.
Grease a small baking dish that fits in the Air Fryer. Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish.
Bake in the Air Fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes. After cooking, carefully remove, let cool for a minute and serve hot.
