Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 eggs (separate the whites from the yolks)
- ½ cup of all-purpose flour (70 g)
- ¼ cup of sugar (60 g)
- A pinch of salt
- Vanilla sugar (to taste)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions:
First, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt using a stand mixer or hand mixer until a light foam forms.
Then, add the vanilla sugar and gradually incorporate the granulated sugar, beating well until stiff peaks form.
Next, add the egg yolks and gently fold them into the mixture to keep it airy.
After that, slowly mix in the all-purpose flour, being careful not to deflate the batter.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag.
Then, pipe the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Finally, place in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
To finish, remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
