How to Make Easy And Creamy Cake

Creamy cake with milk, grated coconut and cheese. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 100 grams (about 3.5 oz) grated coconut
  • 50 grams (about 1.75 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200 grams (about 7 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 ml (about 3.4 oz) milk
  • 200 ml (about 6.8 oz) coconut milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Instructions:

First, in a blender, add the coconut milk, eggs, milk, sweetened condensed milk, butter or margarine, sugar, grated Parmesan cheese, and all-purpose flour.

Blend all the ingredients well for about 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is smooth.

Add the baking powder and stir gently. Then, add the grated coconut and mix with a spoon to incorporate it into the batter.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan. Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 390°F) and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the cake is golden and firm.

Finally, remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, and serve it for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
