Instructions:
First, place the condensed milk and cream in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
Then, with the blender running, gradually add the lemon juice and blend for 3 minutes. Now pour the mixture into a bowl and set aside.
Next, in a baking dish, place a layer of the cream, cover with the cookie moistened in the milk, cream again.
Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up, but finish with a layer of cream.
Then decorate with the lemon zest and crushed cookies and refrigerate for approximately 1-2 hours.
