How to Make Cassava Cake

Easy and quick cake for snack or breakfast, learn without having to buy online cooking courses. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 kg (2.2 lbs) cassava, peeled and grated
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup (120 ml/4.05 fl oz) milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • Shredded coconut for sprinkling

Instructions:

In a blender, add the grated cassava, eggs, milk, sugar, and coconut milk. Blend well for a few minutes until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.

Add the melted butter to the blender and blend again until all ingredients are completely combined.

Grease a baking pan with butter and dust with wheat flour. Pour the mixture into the cake pan, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle shredded coconut generously over the batter.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool slightly, and carefully take it out of the pan. Serve this delicious cake as a delightful afternoon snack or breakfast treat!
