- 2 cups of cornstarch
- 8.8 oz (250 grams) of butter at room temperature
Filling:
- 7 oz (200 grams) of guava paste
Instructions:
Begin by lightly beating the egg in a bowl. Then, add the butter, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional). Stir everything together with a spoon.
Next, add the cornstarch and mix again. Gradually incorporate the flour and knead until you have a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes. After chilling, take small portions of the dough.
