- 1 large egg
- 3.5 oz canned peaches, sliced (about 1/4 cup) – (100 g)
- 3 tablespoons sliced almonds (0.7 oz) – (20 g)
- 3.5 oz (1/2 cup) mascarpone cheese (or good-quality cream cheese) – ()
- 2 tablespoons sugar (1 oz)
Instructions:
Before you start, preheat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F).
Grease a cake tin with butter and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the dough
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Stir in the sunflower oil and natural yogurt.
