Recipe Ingredients:
For the cream:
- 2 packets of passion fruit-flavored powdered drink mix (25 grams each/0.9 oz)
- 600 grams (21 oz) heavy cream
- 790 grams (28 oz) sweetened condensed milk
For the ganache:
- 200 grams (7 oz) heavy cream
- 200 grams (7 oz) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
For the cream:
In a blender, add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit-flavored powdered drink mix.
Blend for about 5 minutes until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture becomes fluffy.
Pour this mixture into a glass dish and spread it evenly to create a uniform layer.
For the ganache:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
Once melted, add the heavy cream and stir well to form a shiny, smooth ganache.
Pour the ganache over the passion fruit cream, spreading it evenly to create a smooth top layer.
Refrigerate for 1 hour until set. Serve and enjoy!
