Recipe Ingredients:

  • 350 grams/12.3 oz of semisweet chocolate
  • 1 + ½ small boxes of heavy cream (200 grams/7.05 oz  each box)
  • 400 grams/14.10 oz of shredded coconut

  • 400 ml/13.5 fl oz of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine or butter

Instructions:

Start by adding shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and margarine (or butter) to a saucepan. Heat the pan and stir constantly until the mixture comes off the bottom of the pan (about 10 minutes).

Place the cream in a glass bowl and set it aside. Then, melt the semisweet chocolate with 30-second intervals in the microwave.

Mix it with the heavy cream and spread it over the coconut cream. Next, decorate with shredded coconut, chocolate ganache, or grated chocolate.

Finally, refrigerate for about 4 hours. After that, it’s ready to serve.
