How to Make Passion Fruit Dessert

Dessert for Christmas, New Year and celebratory parties. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 7 oz (200 g) heavy cream
  • 14 oz (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 packet (20 g / 0.7 oz) unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup (240 ml/ 8 fl oz) fresh passion fruit juice
  • Passion fruit seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Follow the package instructions to dissolve the unflavored gelatin completely.

In a blender, combine the dissolved gelatin, passion fruit juice, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture into a glass serving dish or individual cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the mousse is firm.

Optionally, decorate with passion fruit seeds before serving.
