Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (395 grams / 14 oz each)
- 100 ml (3.4 oz) of lemon juice
- Chocolate cookies or any other of your preference
Instructions:
Start by adding the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice into a bowl. Mix well for a few minutes until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
Spread a layer of the cream into a glass dish using a spatula. Then, add a layer of cookies on top, followed by another layer of cream. Repeat with alternating layers of cookies and cream until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 60 minutes to set. Optionally, decorate with chocolate shavings before serving.
